Return and Refund Policies

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. At Bong Leaf, we deliver fresh, high-quality tea directly from the source. Due to the perishable nature of tea, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy.


We do not accept returns under any circumstances. As a perishable product, tea’s freshness and quality cannot be guaranteed once returned.


In case you receive a wrong product, contact us immediately at support@bongleaf.com. We will assess the situation and take necessary corrective steps only if the product remains unopened.


Refunds are only applicable in case of order cancellations (within 24 hours) or wrong item delivery. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the request is approved.


Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment. No cancellations are allowed once the order has been dispatched from our end.
